Nancy (Dion) Palmer is the Deaf Ministry Coordinator for the New Jersey-Delaware District. The purpose of the UPCI Deaf Evangelism Ministry is to evangelize and empower the Deaf with the gospel, teaching and training interpreters in a manner that demonstrates a respect for Deaf culture and language.
